My name is Tracey Flower. I have 20 years of experience as a writer and fundraiser. I specialize in helping mission-driven organizations tell their stories, secure funding, and build strong, sustainable development strategies. I’ve raised more than $4 million through successful grant proposals and have written for a wide range of publications, websites, and nonprofit communications.

My background includes over a decade of nonprofit leadership, with expertise in strategic planning, board development, annual giving, major gifts strategy, and event-based fundraising.
